Motivation and Context

WebIdentityTokenFileCredentialsProvider currently does not implement AutoCloseable, which means that the StsWebIdentityCredentialsProvider that it creates does not close its STS client, causing memory leaks.

Fixes #3270

Implemented SdkAutoCloseable interface and added close method
